The idea behind Pitchfork’s Best New Reissue is fairly stupid (how many terrible albums get reissued?)—but more often than not, it turns me on to some really amazing stuff, such as Ride’s Nowhere.
This is album opener “Seagull.”
Those drums are the very thunder of irritated gods, I tell you.
