Drawn by a 29-year-old.
Written by a 5-year-old.
I give it ten gold stars.
Congrats to Dan.
I was just reading through my copy of the 2008 edition.
This one’s going on the Christmas wish list.

During the 1960’s Jack Kirby experimented with photo collages as a device for altering the look of comic books. The idea never really caught on, but it influenced the work of later artists from Jim Steranko to Todd McFarlane.
This is what I like to call “inspiration.”

I love this piece by Patrick Leger.
Reminds me of old comic books/Jonny Quest, and I’m currently way into both of those things.

Recently I went down to Star Clipper to check out their 20th Anniversay Art Show.
One of my favorite pieces is by none other than my Pictures for Communication professor Dan Zettwoch. He took old drawings of superheroes he drew as a kid and made a sweet rendition now with his much-improved drawing skills.
